Genpact which is Gurgaon, India based BPO company and listed in the NewYork Stock Exchange is acquiring the Headstrong LLc for 550 million USD to expand in USA. Genpact is considered as the number one BPO company and having more than 45000 employees and large number of clients from the Fortune 500 companies.
Genpact is struck the deal for USD 550 million.
